Brown Bag Lunches Continue In Pulaski

PULASKI – The Pulaski Historical Society continues with this year’s series of Brown Bag Lunches on May 9, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

You are invited to bring your lunch (or pick up some take-out at a local eatery) and come join us in the Carriage House.

The meeting is free and open to the public.

Take time to talk with your coworkers and neighbors, and perhaps make new friends.

Coffee, tea or water will be provided.

For the May Lunch, the topic will be “The Clark – Betts House” by Donna Gilson.

She is the owner of Sashes and Lace on North Jefferson Street. She will talk about her experiences and the long history of the house, which dates back to 1889.

The Pulaski Historical Society is located at 3428 Maple Ave., across from Mavis Tire/Cole Muffler in the village.

The museum is open in May from from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

Volunteers are also available for free tours or to help with research and questions at the regular work sessions on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to noon.

For more information, call the museum at 315-298-4650 or e-mail [email protected].
