FULTON, NY – Participants in Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s CYO Summer Youth Drop-In Recreation Program joined youth from the Fulton YMCA Summer Day Camp and other area youth for a special presentation by “The Bubble Man.”
Held at the Fulton War Memorial and sponsored by the city of Fulton Recreation Department, “The Bubble Man” entertained youth with a variety of bubble activities and stories about bubbles.
He also included youth in bubble demonstrations and taught them a special recipe for making quality bubbles.

The CYO Summer Drop-in Recreation Program is offered free of charge to children ages 7 to 14 in Oswego County and is held Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
