The Buc Boosters, Oswego City School District, and Oswego Health have partnered to bring back the popular Elementary School Track Meet on Tuesday, June 13th from 9am to 2pm at the Oswego Middle School.

The event will bring together elementary students from across the district to showcase their athletic abilities and foster a spirit of healthy competition.

Participants from Leighton, Kingsford Park, Fitzhugh, Riley and Minetto elementary schools will compete in a variety of track events, including sprinting, long-distance running, hurdles, high jump, long jump, relays and softball throw.

“This event not only celebrates the athleticism of our students but also promotes camaraderie, sportsmanship, and a sense of community,” said Buc Booster President Sean Callen.

“We are excited to host the elementary school track meet and our talented young athletes at the Oswego Middle School,” said Cynthia Lauzon, Director of Physical Education and Athletics for the Oswego City School District. “The event also reflects our school district’s commitment to fostering a well-rounded educational experience, while promoting a strong sense of athletics and physical fitness.”
