OSWEGO, NY – This season has seen numerous improvements in the Oswego High School Softball Stadium.
Novelis has been a major contributor to the effort for a new outfield fence and Buc windscreen.
Recently, OHS Varsity Softball Coach Mike McCrobie presented a plaque to Carol Dillabough of Novelis for the generous donation.
Gathered for the ceremony are Superintendent of Schools Bill Crist, Tom Salvador, McCrobie, Dillabough, Courtney Pistorius, Ryan Tamayo and Oswego High School Athletic Director Scott Sugar.
The Buc softball team received a matching grant from Novelis as part of the can recycling program.
The OHS team brought in more than 30,000 cans in the fundraising effort.
