Butternut Squash Bisque – The People’s Choice

FULTON, NY – Beth Thompson of Oswego County Opportunities serves up a taste of butternut squash bisque to Kacy Baum at OCO’s “Giving Thanks” event.

The butternut squash bisque, a seasonal favorite at the Eis House in Mexico, was the crowd’s choice for best dish.

Runners-up were Alex’s on the Water (seafood chowder) and The Press Box (macaroni and cheese).

“Giving Thanks” served as a fundraiser for OCO’s “Success4Families” campaign that will fund a variety of services that feed, clothe and house families in need.
