FULTON, NY – Karrie Damm, executive director of the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County, has announced the celebrity judges and entertainment for the 3rd Annual CAC Chicken Wing and Micro-Brew Fest.
Local favorite Mike Shiel will add his unique acoustic rock sound to the event as he performs from 5 to 10 p.m.
Serving as official judges for the event are Assemblyman Will Barclay, Executive Director of the United Way of Greater Oswego County, Melanie Trexler, and Mark Lavonier of WRVO Radio.
“I am honored to have these community minded individuals lend their support to the CAC. I know Mike is ready to rock. The judges are eager to put their taste buds to the test and the participating restaurants are excited about competing for the coveted Golden Chicken Award!” said Damm.
Scheduled for February 7, following an Attitude Adjustment Hour from 5-6 p.m., the event will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Lake Ontario Event & Conference Center, East First Street in Oswego adjacent to the Best Western Hotel.
Tickets to attend the CAC Chicken Wing and Micro-Brew Fest include a sampling of each restaurant’s signature chicken wing and each micro-brew, but they are currently sold out.
Individuals and businesses interested in supporting the CAC to gain admission to the event may do so by becoming an official event sponsor.
Sponsorship levels begin as low as $150 and include tickets to all CAC events throughout 2014 and special recognition during the event.
