Calling All Kids For Seussical Jr Auditions

FULTON – CNY Arts Center announces auditions for the next Kids Onstage production, Seussical, Jr, featuring an all-youth cast, 18 and under.

All the Dr. Seuss favorite characters are in the popular musical from Cat in the Hat to Thing 1 and 2 to Horton, who hears a Who!

Auditions will be held December 15 and 16 from 6-9 p.m. at CNY Arts Center, 11 River Glen Drive on the Cayuga College Fulton campus.

The production will be directed by Adam Schmidtmann who just completed a successful directorial debut with Oliver.

Gina Holsopple will be music director along with Jessie Dobryznski as choreographer.

The production will run April 1-10, 2016.

Children ages 7-18 are invited to audition and are asked to memorize four lines from any Dr. Seuss book and 16 bars of a Disney Song to perform for auditions.

Call backs will be held December 20 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., also at the center.
