OSWEGO, NY – On Nov. 21, District Deputy High Priest R. E. Harry J. Frazier welcomed R. E. Gerald F. Irwin, Grand Lecture of the Grand Chapter, State of New York, Royal Arch Masons and members of District 19 to the Grand Lecturer’s Convention at the newly dedicated Lake Ontario 165 Lodge Room.
The 19th Capitular District is made up of the following chapters: Mexico 135, Lake Ontario 165, Fulton 167, Oswego River 270 and Pulaski 279.
Grand Lecturer Irwin formed chapter No. 1 from the assembled Royal Arch Masons for the purpose of practicing the opening of a chapter.
Corrections and instructions were offered by the Grand Lecturer.
The Grand Lecturer observed the second section of the Most Excellent Master Degree.
Grand Lecture Irwin complimented the work displayed by the Royal Arch Masons of the 19 Capitular District.
