Oswego, NY – Kevin Caraccioli announces the change of his firm name to Caraccioli & Associates, PLLC, as well as the streamlining of his practice beginning May 1, 2011.
Caraccioli has practiced law since 1989 and has represented a wide variety of clients. His new practice will focus primarily in the areas of municipal and real estate law. He is recognized statewide as an expert in the areas of municipal law, representing a number of county, city, town and village boards as general counsel as well as in the areas of planning and zoning. Additionally, Caraccioli has expertise in economic development and real estate, including municipal finance, as well as regional planning. He is also a certified closing attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Caraccioli is also a statewide expert in social services law, prosecuting child abuse and neglect matters for more than 20 years in two counties.
“I welcome the opportunity to further align my practice to better serve my municipal and real estate clients” Caraccioli said. “This new strategy will also afford me the opportunity to resolve even more complex issues in my areas of expertise.”
Caraccioli is a member of the Municipal Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the New York Public Welfare Association. He represents clients in all local courts, State Supreme Court, the Appellate Division, the Court of Appeals, and Federal District Court.
