FULTON, NY – Carla Gardner, owner of Carla’s Hair Fashions, 265 W. Seventh St., models her new Breast Cancer Awareness Month apron courtesy of OCO’s Cancer Services Program Partnership.
Stylists at Carla’s Hair Fashions and other participating salons in Oswego County will be wearing the aprons throughout October in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to help spread the word about OCO’s CSPP / Breast Health Program and the free mammograms and breast exams that the program is offering for women who have limited or no health insurance on select dates throughout October.
