FULTON, NY – Members of the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting recently for the unveiling of the new home of Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s Step-by-Step Wellness program.

The new facility, located inside Catholic Charities, 365 W. First St., features a computer/ media center, a comfortable lounge area, an aesthetically pleasing dining area as well as cooking accommodations for members of the program.
It also provides a warm and supportive atmosphere to encourage adults with chronic mental illness to cultivate and acquire knowledge and valuable skill sets.
