Catholic Charities of Oswego County wants you to “Shop For A Cause.”
Catholic Charities is taking part in a fundraiser developed by Macy’s to benefit non-profit organizations. “Shop For A Cause” is a one-day shopping event that allows Macy’s to give back to its community through support of local non-profit organizations.
Catholic Charities of Oswego County is currently selling shopping passes to this special one-day only shopping event, which will take place on Saturday, September 20th from 9a – 10p at the Macy’s stores in the Great Northern, Carousel Center, and Shoppingtown Mall.
All ticket holders will receive special savings on select merchandise throughout the store; addition to regular and sale merchandise specials. These savings include:
-         20% off * regular, sale & clearance women’s, men’s & kid’s apparel & accessories, fine, bridge & fashion jewelry, bed & bath items, housewares, frames, luggage, china, crystal & silver.
-         10% off * regular, sale & clearance furniture, mattresses, rugs, kitchen & personal care electrics & technology items.
-         A $10 bounce-back coupon will be issued for every $50 spent. Coupon to be used at a later date. Plus open a Macy’s account and get an additional 20% off.

Macy’s will also offer shoppers a variety of enter to win contests including the chance to win a $500 shopping spree.
“Shop For A Cause” tickets are available at Catholic Charities of Oswego County, 365 West First Street in Fulton. Tickets are only $5 each and all proceeds go to help support the more than 20 human services programs that Catholic Charities of Oswego County provides for those in need.
