FULTON, NY – Several programs of Catholic Charities of Oswego County have joined to provide area youth and their families with some Halloween fun, as they host Catholic Charities’ annual Family Halloween Party on October 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“We want to ensure that our youth have the opportunity to enjoy the festivities of Halloween in a friendly and safe environment. There will be a variety of games and activities as well as complimentary light refreshments,” said Helen Hoefer, supervisor of Catholic Charities Community Services.

Hoefer added that children are encouraged to dress in their favorite funniest or scariest costume.
“Children enjoy dressing up and it’s fun to see the different costumes and the amount of work and imagination that goes into making them. We welcome all families in Oswego County to attend and enjoy some Halloween fun,” said Hoefer.
To be held at Catholic Charities CYO facilities at 365 W. First St., the agency’s Relatives Raising Relatives, Family Support Services, Family Education Partnership, Keeping Kids Connected and CYO programs are hosting the Family Halloween Party.
