OSWEGO, NY – The United Way of Greater Oswego recently received a donation from Cheap Seats Sports Bar & Grill in support of the agency’s annual campaign. The donation was the result of two fundraisers that Cheap Seats Bar & Grill held for the United Way.
Lee Victory, owner of Cheap Seats Bar & Grill, was happy to lend his support to the United Way of Greater Oswego County.
A long-time supporter of the United Way, Victory gave annually to the employee campaign for the United Way when he worked at Novelis. He recognizes the important impact that the work of the United Way has on improving the quality of life in Oswego County and was happy to lend his support to the United Way’s annual campaign.
“The work that the United Way does, and the programs that they help fund, provide invaluable services to families, seniors, and children in need in Oswego County’†said Victory. “Supporting the United Way is great way to give back to the community in which we live. We held two fundraisers for the United Way and donated 20% of all the proceeds from those evenings to their Annual Campaign. I was happy to help and we are working on hosting another United Way night in the near future.â€Â
