Chicken Barbecue To Benefit ‘Let’s Give For A Kid’

OSWEGO, NY –  Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s invites you join them at Lighthouse Lanes to enjoy of their famous chicken barbecue dinners while supporting one of the agency’s most in-demand holiday programs, Let’s Give For A Kid.

On Nov. 13 Lighthouse Lanes will host a chicken barbecue from noon until sold out.

The barbecue is part of full afternoon of fun to help raise funds for the Let’s Give For A Kid program.

From noon to 4 p.m. that day, Catholic Charities will hold its first ever family bowling tournament.

Teams of two adults and two children 12 and under, will enjoy Lighthouse Lanes’ popular Cosmic Bowling from noon to 2 p.m., while teams of two adults and two youth ages 13 and older will bowl from 2 to 4 p.m.

Proceeds from the barbecue and the tournament will benefit Let’s Give For A Kid program that provides toys for children in need in Oswego County.

Teams are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the program so Catholic Charities can help make the holidays a little more special for as many children and their families as possible.

A limited number of spots are available for each flight at a cost of only $20 per team.
