OSWEGO, NY – Child passenger safety was the topic covered at the latest child care provider training at the Child Care and Development Council, 317 W. First St.
Training was provided by Billie Crandall Brady, Oswego County Traffic Safety Board coordinator.

They are taking turns installing a convertible car seat.
This particular convertible seat can go rear facing for infants up to 40 pounds and forward facing to 65 pounds.
