OSWEGO, NY – Child passenger safety is a top priority in Oswego County and every year instructor David Martin, RN, Crouse Hospital, trains certified technicians to assist families all over the state.

Technicians must have up to date knowledge and regular volunteer hours including teaching opportunities to parents and caregivers.
Families who need assistance installing their child’s car seat can attend a free child passenger safety seat check on July 8 from 4 – 6 p.m. at the George Street parking lot of the Oswego County Opportunities Health Center, 10 George St.
