OSWEGO, NY – Oswego Mayor Randy Bateman recently presented a proclamation recognizing the Sept. 24 Oswego High School Marching Buccaneer “Pageant of Champions.”
Accepting the proclamation are band members Jeff Murray, Gina Bartholomew, Mayor Bateman, Band Director Scott Ciesla and band member Monica George.
