FULTON – The Fulton Rotary exchange student Otone Onishi of Japan presented flags from her country to District Governor Peter Cardamone of Tully and Assistant District Governor Jenny Doane of Baldwinsville.

In turn, Cardamone of Tully, Doane, and Fulton Rotary Youth Services Chair Judy Young presented flags from their clubs as well as the District 7150 flag.
