FULTON – The Fulton Noon Rotary Club welcomed CNY Rotary District President Bob Balk. The District President presides over 111 Rotary Clubs located in Central New York with over 2800 members.

Bob’s introduction to Rotary began in Moravia, where he was invited to join the local club in 2012. Despite having traveled the world as an international athlete and advocate, Bob felt strongly about serving the community where he lives. He saw Rotary as the perfect vehicle to do so.

Bob spoke about the resources available through the District for clubs with things like membership, projects, youth exchange, public image and various other functions. The District President tries to visit most of his 111 clubs and the Fulton Noon was lucky to be one of them.

Fulton Noon Rotary meets at 12:00 noon on the first three Thursdays of the month at the Tavern on the Lock in Fulton
