OSWEGO – The 2016 class of Leadership Oswego County recently toured sites to learn more about the local programs, history and nature areas.

The group began at the Richardson-Bates House Museum in Oswego where they heard a presentation from Oswego County Historian Justin White.
They finished their tour at the Half-Shire Historical Society in Richland with several presentations including one by Paul Baxter, circuit rider with the Tug Hill Commission.
