Cooperative Extension is Offering Five Save Energy, Save Dollars Workshops

Learn about low-cost and no-cost ways to save energy and reduce your energy bills.  Participants receive a kit of energy saving items.  This workshop is free and open to the public.  Pre-registration is required to ensure there is enough energy saving kits for everyone.

•    The first workshop will be held on July 24 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Salvation Army Conference Room, 73 West Second Street (directly across from Salvation Army), Oswego, NY 13126.  Contact phone (315) 963-7286, ext. 401.  Pre-register by July 17, 2008.

•    The second workshop will be held on August 4 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Parish Library, Corner of Main and Church Street, Parish, NY 13131.  Contact phone (315) 963-7286, ext. 401.  Pre-register by July 28, 2008.

•    The third workshop will be held on August 5 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Amboy 4-H Environmental Education Center, 748 State Route 183, Williamstown, NY 13493.  Contact phone (315) 963-7286 ext.401.  Pre-register by July 28, 2008.

•    The fourth workshop will be held on August 11 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County, 3288 Main Street, Mexico, NY 13114.  Contact phone (315) 963-7286 ext.401.  Pre-register by August 4, 2008.

•    The fifth workshop will be held on August 12 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Catholic Charities, 365 W First Street, Fulton, NY 13069.  Contact phone (315) 963-7286 ext.401.  Pre-register by August 4, 2008.
