OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Fair Housing Council recently announced the winners of its 2011 coloring contest.
Community Bank, Fulton Savings Bank and Pathfinder Bank each donated savings bonds as prizes.
The winners also took home gift certificates provided by Lighthouse Lanes in Oswego.
