On March 14, the Chairman of the Oswego County Legislature spoke to members of the Oswego Sunrise Rotary Club.
Fred Beardsley is also a candidate for the office of Oswego County Treasurer.
He was introduced to the Rotarians by James Cloonan.
Beardsley addressed concerns about the county transfer stations and several other concerns of the community.
He responded to questions from the members of the Rotary Club.
