OSWEGO – Oswego County Department of Social Services Commissioner Lee Sullivan, along with DSS staff leaders, welcomed Oswego County legislators to join them for a presentation by Cynthia O’Connor of Apter & O’Connor. The meeting provided an opportunity to learn about data-driven decision-making – a process that uses data to support strategic choices. Attendees included Oswego County Human Services Committee Chairman Roy E. Reehil, District 5; Oswego County Human Services Committee Vice Chairman James Scanlon, District 16; Oswego County Legislator Paul House, District 8; and Oswego County Legislator Kevin Hill, District 15.
