FULTON, NY – Coordinator of Oswego County Opportunities’ Cancer Services Program Partnership Carolyn Handville (right) presents Russann McElaney, owner of Design Accents Florist & Gifts, 34 S. First St., with a bag of ‘goodies’ to give to her clients.
Design Accents Florist & Gifts, along with other participating florists in Oswego County, are helping OCO’s Cancer Services Program and Health Education Department fight cancer by spreading the word about the many free cancer screenings and low cost health services available through the programs.
OCO’s programs are providing participating florists with information and free gifts that they can distribute to their customers and remind them of the importance of regular cancer screenings.
