The programs enable teams of young non-Rotarian business and professional men and women led by a Rotarian to travel to one of more than 560 Rotary districts in the world.

The outstanding young professional ages 25 to 40 learn how their professions are practiced in other parts of the world.

The teams are made up of men and women who have been employed as teachers, lawyers, doctors, farmers, engineers and other professions.

The exchange program started in 1965.

Currently, there are 700,000 alumni who have participated in the month-long experience of travel and education.

The program promotes world peace.

It is supported by donations to the Rotary Foundations.

Exchange teams have visited and received teams from England, Scotland, South Africa, and the Philippines in recent years. missing or outdated ad config
