Donnelly Named Paul Harris Fellow

FULTON – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Peggy Donnelly was awarded the coveted Paul Harris Award.

Paul Percy Harris (April 1868 – January 1947) was a Chicago attorney best known for founding the Rotary International.

In his honor, individual Rotary clubs select a Paul Harris Fellow who meets the high professional and personal standards set by the founder.

Presenting the award is Rotarian Dennis Goss.
