Dr. Thomas Bunker, who recently took over the office of Dr. Barbara Panko, of Fulton, offered services free of charge for uninsured Head Start children or Head Start children who have had difficulty finding a dentist in the area. As a requirement of Head Start, children who are enrolled in the program must have a dental exam. With few local dentists accepting Medicaid and many families uninsured this was a valuable benefit for families.
