Dr. Brian Tran has joined Trust Pediatrics, 63 S. First St., it was announced by Dr. Stuart Trust.
“We are delighted to welcome Dr. Tran,” Trust said. “He brings our number to four pediatricians providing care to children and adolescents in northern Onondaga and Oswego counties; and we always welcome new patients”
Dr. Tran, a Binghamton native, earned a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Scranton in 2005. He received a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in June 201l, and completed his Pediatrics residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2014.
In addition to Dr. Trust, he joins Dr. Sarah Finocchiaro and Dr. Carla Overton in the practice. All four physicians have admitting privileges at Crouse Hospital and Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital in Syracuse, Trust said.
Dr.Tran, who resides in Liverpool, was an attending physician at a pediatric practice in Watertown prior to joining Trust Pediatrics.
Dr. Trust has been a physician for more than 40 years and Trust Pediatrics has served thousands of families for more than 30 years. The office has just completed a major renovation and expansion to accommodate more patients and their growing staff, Trust said.
Dr. Trust received SUNY Upstate Medical University’s Pediatrician of the Year award in 2013, and he is the only physician who has received this award five times since it was established in 1973. The practice accepts most insurance plans and can be reached at 315-598-6785.
