FULTON, NY – Oswego County Opportunities announced the winners of $100 “early bird” drawings from the pool of tickets purchased to date for the Golden Opportunities raffle.

These are the early bird winners for the months of December and January.
OCO will do two more early bird drawings, for the months of February and March.
Anyone who purchases Golden Opportunities raffle tickets will be entered automatically.
The tickets cost $20 and are available by calling the main office at 598-4717 or by printing and sending in an application form at www.oco.org
The drawing for the big cash prizes, ranging from the top award of $5,000 down to $250, takes place at the main office, 239 Oneida St., at 5:30 p.m. on April 2.
