Easter Celebration at The Fulton First United Methodist Church

The celebration of Easter will begin on Sunday morning, April 4th @ 7:00am in the sanctuary at the Fulton First UMC, 1408 State Route 176, across from the Fulton Junior High school with the “Son Rise” worship.

“The Son Rise worship begins as a solemn journey to the tomb and continues as the drama unfolds in realizing that Jesus has truly risen from death”, Pastor Kimpland states. The sacrament of holy communion will conclude this dramatic celebration of Easter morning.

The main Easter celebration will be observed at the 9:45am worship. In between the Son Rise worship and the main Easter celebration there will be coffee/tea and light refreshments served in the Fellowship hall for all to enjoy.

“The Easter celebration at 9:45am, recognizes the fact of the resurrected Christ so with song and praise this experience is like no other celebration of faith. This time of worship celebrates victory over sin and death and accepting and embracing this unfathomable gift”, Pastor Kimpland states.

If there are those unable to attend the 9:45am Easter worship service celebration it will be streamed live on www.fultonfumc.org. For further information, please visit the website or phone 592-7347.
