OSWEGO – The Oswego Elks lodge once again teamed up with Arise to build ramps for those in need.

Every year, the Elks National Foundation gives out millions of dollars in grants for worthy local projects.
The Oswego Elks applied for the Beacon Grant worth $2,000 for supplies to build the ramps.
They were awarded the grant, for the continual project to help veterans and the handicaped who are not able to access their homes with ease.
The local Elks really enjoy this project, as they have been building ramps for three years.
The look on the faces of the homeowners, when they get to use the ramp is priceless.
It makes it all worth the time the members put into them.
