Entertaining Young Ones At The Library

OSWEGO, NY – Dilbert and the Book Fairy entertained children at story hour Oct. 31.

Edward Elsner, librarian, and Karen Swartz, children’s program coordinator, donned the costumes.

New Halloween-themed books featuring Llama, Llama and Ladybug Girl were read.

Crafts including a pumpkin bag, spider, and bat were made and candy was found.

Dilbert has also been correctly identified as a Minecraft character and as Ferb of Phineas and Ferb.

Where’s Perry? Rumor has it he is being featured during Summer Reading 2015 and is likely hard at work thwarting evil currently.

Story hours are held by the Oswego Public Library at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays and at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.
