FULTON – The Fulton Family YMCA will hold a Girls Rock workshop during winter break.

This is a one-day workshop is designed to give a preview of our positive self-esteem boosting program.
Girls Rock is designed to transform self-doubts and insecurities into self-love and worth.
We give girls the space to be silly and play while giving them the tools to build healthy relationships and confidence. This is a perfect balance between a learning workshop and fun.
Girls Rock will be held at the Fulton Family YMCA on December 28 for ages 8-12.
Our program will run from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Girls Rock will be interactive and fun while learning information about social media, body image, nutrition and fitness.
The day will include a guest speaker and lunch.
This program is opened for members and non-members.
Fees and registration do apply.
For more information or to register contact the Fulton Family YMCA at 598-9622 or stop in at 715 W. Broadway.
