Event Details Set For Saturday’s Downtown Markets

SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEE - FULTON, NY

FULTON – Downtown Markets, sponsored by Fulton Savings Bank with Eastern Shore Insurance Agency as an associate sponsor, is making a return this Saturday, July 12, in downtown Fulton from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The event, which is free to attend, has a rain date of July 19.

The Downtown Markets will be held along a section of closed-off S First Street and throughout the Canal Landing parking lot. This event is a collaboration between the Special Events Committee’s Community Market, the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce’s Farmers Market, and CNY Arts’ Arts Market.

Downtown Fulton will be transformed into a vibrant street market featuring farmers and agricultural vendors, artisans, live entertainment, local food, and free activities including face painting, bounce houses, and yard games. Additionally, the Kids Market will provide an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to share their talents.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Music by Goodnight Ladies

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Music by Whiskey Spirits

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Demonstration by Master Pryor’s Taekwondo

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Music by Bryan Syrell

The Special Events Committee is a non-profit organization of volunteers working to bring the Fulton community together by providing quality events and experiences for all ages.

The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce advances the business and community interests of the region through advocacy, member services, and community enhancements.

It is the vision of CNY Arts Center to be a central location enhancing the cultural life of the community by providing engaging art opportunities for all ages through experience, education and resources and by advocating for the arts at every opportunity.
