ALBANY, NY — Richard John Delaney, Jr., a resident of Oswego, has earned a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College.

The School of Nursing has been designated a Center of Excellence in Nursing Education by the National League for Nursing. The Excelsior Master of Arts in Liberal Studies program is the first exclusively distance learning-based program to be admitted to full membership in to the Association of Graduate Liberal Studies Programs (AGLSP).
