Fairgrieve Elementary held its annual Open House on Thursday, October 2nd.

The halls were swarming with excitement as students showed their family members around the school.

Parents were welcomed into the building by Fairgrieve Elementary Principal Jean Ciesla, who greeted many of the visitors at the door.

In addition to touring the school, the event gave parents an opportunity to meet with teachers and see their children’s artwork.

Popcorn and fresh apples were available in the cafeteria for anyone who had worked up an appetite.

It was also a great night for the school’s Book Fair. The fair was reopened during open house hours, and saw a very successful turnout.
