One outstanding student from each class, kindergarten through grade six, was selected to receive the Second Quarter Fairgrieve Elementary School Principal’s Award.

Presented by school principal Jean Ciesla, the award recognizes students for regularly upholding the school’s following four behavioral expectations: be respectful, be responsible, be safe, and be a problem solver which are part of the district-wide PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) initiative.
Above that though, Principal Ciesla said, “This award recognizes students for being true role models.”
The students selected to receive the award include: Mya Carroll, Liam Crandall, Taylor Hull, Gabriella Mitchell, Brandon Howard, Carleigh Petterson, Zoey Kerr, Alexa Walberger, Ashton Vollmer, Jasminn Bort, Aurora Lawton, Maddison Schlossler, Molly Williams, Caleb Crandall, Emma Weaver, Addison Vollmer, Emily Sohoski, Hannah Bort, Kyle Hotaling, JulieAnn Dunning, Teara Smith, Keara Patterson, Justin Hatch, Kaylee Waugh, and Brendon Todt.
