OSWEGO, NY – Members of the First Responders Ministry visited the Oswego Fire Department on Tuesday to pay respects and present a plaque to the department in memory of Firefighter Scott Davis, who passed away June 20.
The ministry travels throughout the country honoring those firefighters who have passed away.
