The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce will be selling fresh made strawberry shortcake, featuring homemade biscuits and fresh strawberries, at its   booth.

Proceeds from the night will be used to help sponsor the many great community events that the chamber has planned for the remainder of 2010.

The Beatles tribute band, Magical Mystery Tour, will provide entertainment for the night.

A group of four well-rehearsed musicians, Magical Mystery Tour is a musical tribute to the Beatles.

The group performs a wide range of music spanning the entire career of the Fab Four. Using vintage instruments, adorning period-style attire appropriate to each Beatle’s individual style, and using witty, often sarcastic stage banter, they portray an accurate concert experience for all audiences, young and old.

With each member taking on a specific role as an individual Beatle, the interesting mix of personalities is evident with each song and story.

Located on West First Street, between Bridge and Oneida streets, the market hosts more than 50.

The market is accepting electronic transactions such as credit, debit or food stamp cards.

The service will be available at the chamber’s booth. The token system will allow customers to use their credit or debit card to purchase $5 tokens or their Food Stamp cards to purchase $1 tokens. These tokens then function as cash within the market.

The market is held Thursdays from 4 – 8 p.m. through Sept. 30.
