OSWEGO – The Farnham Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting prevention, treatment, and recovery services for individuals with substance use disorder, is thrilled to announce its 2nd annual WingFest. The community fundraiser will take place on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the Lake Ontario Event and Conference Center in Oswego.
As the charitable arm of Farnham Family Services, the Farnham Foundation was inspired to reintroduce WingFest in 2024, reviving a beloved event formerly organized by the Child Advocacy Center. After a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Child Advocacy Center passed the torch to the Farnham Foundation, empowering the organization to build on this cherished tradition.

“The Farnham Foundation was honored to bring WingFest back to Oswego in 2024, and we couldn’t have been happier with the turnout, especially for an inaugural event,” said Chris Baszto, Executive Director of Farnham Family Services. “The overwhelming support for our mission following the recent loss of our then-Executive Director, Eric Bresee, added an emotional depth and sense of unity to the event. This year, we’re excited to host another fun-filled evening that invites the community to invest in our mission and carry Eric’s powerful vision forward together.”
The 2025 WingFest promises to be bigger and better, featuring 15 of Oswego County’s top restaurants serving their most flavorful, mouthwatering chicken wings. Attendees will enjoy sampling up to 30 wings, sipping on craft beverages, and enjoy live music with Cam Caruso. Guests will also have the chance to cast their vote to determine which restaurant earns the coveted title of “Best Wings in Oswego County.”
Local businesses are invited to sponsor the event, gaining structured publicity while supporting a vital cause in the community. Businesses and restaurants interested in participating are encouraged to email [email protected] for details.
