FULTON – Ali Hakim, the traveling peddler (portrayed by Michael Mankiewicz – left) feels trapped when the flirtatious Ado Annie (played by Victoria Eckhard) thinks he wants to marry her.
He hopes to convince her that he does not desire marriage.
The scene is from Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Oklahoma!, which will be presented Thursday, March 3, at 7:30 p.m., March 4 at 7:30 p.m. and March 5 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at G. Ray Bodley High School.
