Wear It! Oswego will hold a Fish with a Pro event behind the Varick Hydro Facility on the Oswego River (West First Street near the Post Office, Ritz Diner and the city of Oswego’s fish cleaning station).
It will be October 13 from sunrise to 6 p.m.
Watch lucky Fish with a Pro sweepstakes grand prize winner Christopher Doyle and professional angler and Outdoor TV Channel host Joe Thomas as they fish for salmon on the Oswego River.
Doyle, Thomas and drift boat Captain Kevin Davis (www.catchthedrift.com) all will be wearing their U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets. Bring your rod, reel and life jacket and join Wear It! Oswego for a day of fishing with the pro.
The event will be held rain or shine.
