OSWEGO – A little rain on Halloween didn’t wash out a fun time in the classrooms at Fitzhugh Park Elementary School.

The school’s annual Halloween parade moved from outside to an indoor event, where students in grades pre-kindergarten through two paraded throughout the building before they lined the hallways to see FPS’ intermediate students show off their costumes.
FPS staff also participated in the fun, including one dressed as the grammar police.
In Bridgette Krawczyk’s second grade classroom, students completed academic centers where they painted wooden pumpkin or Frankenstein creations, slime monsters, ghost stress balls and boxes where students had to feel what was inside and guess the item without looking.
