Flashlight Painting Phoenix, NY – Peyton Nichols in the UPK/Phoenix 3 Head Start Preschool classroom at Discovery Day Care is painting a picture with a flashlight taped to a paint brush. This is called “Creative Art”. Head Start is accepting fall applications. Open House at Discovery Day Care will be Wednesday, April 7th from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Please bring your child’s birth certificate, social security cards for all family members and your 2009 tax return. If you have any questions about Head Start please contact the Children’s Division at 598-4711.
