Friends Of Hospice In Oswego County Launches Grief Support ‘Healing Circle’ Movie Events

The Friends Of Hospice In Oswego County, (FOHOC), is scheduling free grief support “healing circle” movie events for children ages five – 18 starting next month,  said Elena Twiss, FOHOC executive director. “This new program features a movie, lunch, popcorn and a healing circle with a licensed mental health professional. Twiss said. “The aim is to expand the reach of grief support throughout the year, not just during our annual FOHOC Camp Waves of Hope summer camp at Camp Hollis.”  Ashley Lawton, (above, standing center), a licensed mental health counselor, leads and facilitates a healing circle at Camp Waves of Hope in 2024. Text or call 315-216-7580 at least three days before the event if your child is interested in attending.
