FULTON – Friends of Recovery Oswego County (FOROC), will host its first Sober Bowl Party on Sunday, February 8th at its Recovery Community Outreach Center, 808 West Broadway in Fulton. “While traditional big game parties involve alcohol, our Sober Bowl provides an alternative,” said FOROC Executive Director Virginia Bough. “It’s a nice option for those in recovery and offers them the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities and free refreshments while enjoying the big game in a safe, alcohol and substance free atmosphere. The Friends of Recovery Oswego County’s Sober Bowl kicks-off at 4:30 p.m.
