As part of the Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) initiative at Fulton Junior High School, students take time each week to recognize staff members for creating a positive school environment and going the extra mile to support student success.  Staff members are presented with the rewards so that they can see the notes the students write to them.

In addition, a drawing is held each week and one lucky staff member is selected to receive a token of appreciation from the PBIS committee out of the hundreds of staff recognition rewards submitted each week. Caitlin Demm, a teacher at the Junior High, is pictured with Amanda Shatrau who submitted the staff recognition reward for her.

PBIS is a district wide behavioral expectations initiative adopted by the Fulton District that calls for students to be respectful, responsible and safe. missing or outdated ad config
