Ducks dash down the Oswego River to start the race at the 2016 Fulton Lions Club Charby’s Duck Derby. This is the derby’s 31st year. First prize is $2,500 and the event runs from Noon to 5 p.m., Sept. 12, with entertainment by the Doctor Boogie band.
